Bio

Christa Hardin is a vivacious young woman with a terrific personality and a great sense of humor. Born in Nuremberg, Germany, she calls herself an "army brat" (her Dad was stationed in Germany where he met her Mom), so she has had the opportunity to travel a lot.
Christa has been a police officer with the Houston Police Department for years.....and she has an extensive piggy collection.
She has always loved singing, (at school and church) but never seriously pursued anything because she says she figured that her friends and family were just being nice by telling her that she has a great voice. A dear friend of hers finally convinced her to sing at one of the opries and her first "gig" was at the Magnolia Opry.

	Ever since then she has been hooked!!! Christa says "The folks at the opries are wonderful to sing for, they are the greatest motivators, they are awesome"!!! Christa has sung at many of the local opries, to name a few... Magnolia, Columbus, Livingston, Pearland, Manvel, (Original & New) Lake Jackson, Jacinto City, Pasadena. She has also performed at the Sam Houston Race Track, where she filled in while the KILT "Young Guns" took a break and occasionally sings at weddings as well. Christa has recorded a 10 song CD with original songs. The CD was produced by Dick McVey at the Moonlight Recording Studio in Nashville, TN., she says "I've been told that I'm 'to old' to hit the big time, but hey...I am having a blast, singing for the opry folks is very rewarding! Besides, I'm not one to give up so easily! I love a challenge!!! So ready or not folks....here I come!!!! Can't wait to see y'all"!!!!!!!!"
